1. Agreement

By accessing or using FNDR Tools (“Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The Service

FNDR Tools provides software that connects to third-party services you authorize (such as accounting and commerce platforms) and presents aggregated views of your data. We improve the Service over time and may add or remove features.

3. Accounts & access

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or if required for security or legal reasons.

4. Third-party integrations

The Service relies on integrations operated by third parties. Their terms and availability apply to those connections. You authorize us to access data you connect solely to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You will not misuse the Service — including probing or disrupting systems, attempting unauthorized access, or using the Service in violation of law. Financial outputs are aids for operations and review; you remain responsible for decisions, filings, and professional advice.

6. Intellectual property

FNDR Tools retains rights in the Service, branding, and documentation. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service during your subscription or trial.

7. Fees

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing presented at signup or in your order. Taxes may apply where required. Failure to pay may result in suspension until resolved.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where allowable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FNDR Tools and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data. Aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access with reasonable notice where practicable, especially for breach or legal requirement. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
