We collect account information like your name and email, business financial data synced from QuickBooks, and basic usage data about how you use FNDR Books.

2. How we use it

We use your data to provide FNDR Books, run AI categorisation, and keep your QuickBooks data in sync so your bookkeeping stays up to date.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers needed to run FNDR Books: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI categorisation), and Intuit QuickBooks (sync).

4. Data retention

We keep your data as long as your account is active. You can request deletion anytime by emailing support@fndr.tools.

5. Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest to protect your data.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing support@fndr.tools.

7. QuickBooks data

We access QuickBooks data only to provide bookkeeping services in FNDR Books. We do not use QuickBooks data for advertising and we do not sell it to third parties.
