End User License Agreement

1. License

FNDR Tools grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use FNDR Books for your internal business bookkeeping.

2. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer FNDR Books, resell access to it, or use it to build or operate a competing service.

3. Your data

You own your data. We process it only to provide and operate the service for you.

4. QuickBooks integration

Your use of QuickBooks data through FNDR Books is also subject to Intuit's terms.

5. Termination

We may terminate access if these terms are violated. You may cancel your use of FNDR Books at any time.

6. Disclaimer

FNDR Books is provided "as is" with no warranty of accuracy for financial data. You should always verify financial records with a qualified accountant.

7. Limitation of liability

FNDR Tools' total liability is limited to the fees you paid for FNDR Books in the last 3 months.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States of America.
